Our Classes

At Grow our classes are suitable for all fitness levels; from those who are just getting started, right through to those who are more advanced and want to be challenged. 

Our classes embrace  a non-competitive, fun environment. We love training in groups so ladies have time to chat and connect with other ladies while hey train. Plus, our professionally qualified lead-trainer is able to provide on-the-day advice and modifications to each exercise to cater for any injuries, ailments or limitations.

You never know what you will get from class-to-class. We write new exciting classes each week to keep things fresh! 

You DON’T have to be fit to start, BUT you DO have to start to get fit! 

 

Grow Stronger

Our strength-based training targets muscle growth and stability. Don’t be fooled into thinking this is your average ‘lift some dumbells’ weights class! Grow Stronger incorporates  a huge array of workout equipment; kettlebells, TRX ropes, power bags and small balls just to name a few. We have one class a week just for new mums and Bubs! not that you're not welcome to every class but this one is just for you ladies to safely return to exercise with other ladies at the same level.

Stronger will have you walking away feeling like you worked every muscle in your body.

IGYG- I Grow you Grow

Training with a friend is more enjoyable! IGYG is a fun intense workout we do weekly. One person works while the other rests. No partner needed, just book and we'll take care of the rest.

Grow Fierce

Grow Fierce is a cardio-based class that combines elements of HIIT and circuit training to get your heart pumping!.. Classes range from being equipment-free to fun, fierce equipment like battle ropes!

All levels of fitness are welcome; so if you're not up to running or jumping don’t worry, low impact options are always offered!
