Our Classes
At Grow our classes are suitable for all fitness levels; from those who are just getting started, right through to those who are more advanced and want to be challenged.
Our classes embrace a non-competitive, fun environment. We love training in groups so ladies have time to chat and connect with other ladies while hey train. Plus, our professionally qualified lead-trainer is able to provide on-the-day advice and modifications to each exercise to cater for any injuries, ailments or limitations.
You never know what you will get from class-to-class. We write new exciting classes each week to keep things fresh!
